Coverage hours, second shooters, delivery timelines, raw files, album rights — the questions that decide whether you love your photos or merely accept them.

We decided to work in weddings because they give us room to be incredibly creative. The more weddings we capture, the more we want to keep doing it.
Studio Vaibhava is a photography studio that celebrates your wedding like a festival. We are enamoured with capturing images that represent our clients’ true, authentic selves — documenting events as they happen, in a beautiful editorial style.
From a home brand in Coimbatore and Bangalore, we have now spread our wings globally. Once we take over the venue, it is not just your festivity any more — it is our celebration.
“Making moments last endlessly.” Six full galleries — open one and walk through the whole day, from the first ritual to the last dance.

Three steps, no surprises. This is exactly how a Studio Vaibhava booking runs, from the first phone call to the album on your shelf.
A walk-through of the plan from day one to delivery. You connect, engage and interact directly with the founders, so the coverage is built around your specific day — not a package sheet.
A process that is practical and unobtrusive, and still meets every expectation. Whether it is a four-hour event or a fourteen-hour one, we do not charge you by the clock.
Our delivery speed has always been the game changer. On-site edits before we leave the hall, and full sets turned around fast, because a photograph you wait a year for is a different photograph.
Everything a couple — or a search engine — needs to know about the studio, in five sentences.
One team for photography, film, albums and the events either side of the wedding — so nothing has to be coordinated between vendors on the morning of the muhurtham.
01
Two decades of muhurthams. A lead shooter and a second on the family side, unposed through every ritual, with on-site edits before we leave the hall.
02
1080p and 4K, drone coverage where the venue allows it, cut as a story rather than a highlight reel. Teasers, full films and social edits.
03
A half or full day, on location, built around the two of you. Song-led films, portraits and the save-the-date set.
04
Soft, warm, unhurried sessions in-studio or at home — and full coverage of valaikaappu and seemantham celebrations.
05
Hand-sequenced spreads, archival printing and hard-bound finishing. The albums our clients keep mentioning in their reviews.
06
Full lighting crew for receptions, sangeet and corporate celebrations, with same-night social deliverables where you need them.
