Lead photographer + second shooter
One of the founders leads. A second works the family side, so the bride's entrance and her mother's face are both covered.
Twenty years of muhurthams in this city. Unposed through every ritual, with a second shooter on the family side so nothing slips past us.
We have been photographing Coimbatore weddings for more than two decades — from kalyana mandapams in Saibaba Colony and RS Puram to farmhouse ceremonies on the Mettupalayam road. Long enough to know where the light goes at eleven in the morning in a hall with a west-facing entrance, and long enough to stay out of the way while it happens.
Candid does not mean we disappear during the formal frames. The family rows still get shot, properly lit and properly sequenced — they are the pictures your parents will actually print. It means the rest of the day is documented as it occurs, in an editorial style, rather than staged back to us afterwards.
Once we take over the venue it is not just your festivity any more. It is our celebration — and that is the difference you see in the frames.
One of the founders leads. A second works the family side, so the bride's entrance and her mother's face are both covered.
Kaasi yathirai, oonjal, muhurtham, nalangu — documented as a sequence, not a scatter of highlights.
A first set edited and handed over before we leave the hall. Our clients mention this in their reviews more than anything else.
A full lighting crew for the reception. High-end bodies and fast glass throughout.
Wherever the venue and local permissions allow it.
Hand-sequenced spreads, archival printing, hard-bound finishing. Not outsourced.
We are not going to tell you that we are the best wedding photographers in Coimbatore. Every studio in this city says that, which makes it worth exactly nothing to you. What is worth something is knowing how to tell a professional photographer from a good portfolio, because those are not the same thing and the difference only shows up on the day.
Here is what we would check if we were hiring a photographer for our own family.
Anyone can show you twenty good frames. Ask to see every delivered image from a single wedding. That tells you whether the standard held at hour eleven, in a badly lit hall, when everyone was tired. Ours are published in full on the stories pages.
Plenty of Coimbatore studios sell you the founder's portfolio and send a freelancer. Ask, by name, who will be holding the camera at your muhurtham. At Studio Vaibhava one of the founders leads every booking.
Most quotes are built on hours and most Indian weddings overrun. Ask what happens at hour fifteen. We do not charge by the clock, so the answer is nothing.
“A few weeks” is not a delivery date. Get the number of images, the format and the date on paper before you pay an advance.
Screen images flatter. Go to the studio, handle the paper, open a spread. Album quality is the single thing our clients mention most in their reviews, and it is the thing you cannot judge from a website.
A photographer who needs kaasi yathirai explained to them is a photographer who will miss it. Two decades of Kongu, Chettinad and Brahmin ceremonies means we are already standing in the right place.

Muhurtham dates cluster, so the good dates go early. For a peak-season date we would say six to nine months. For an off-season weekday we have taken bookings with a month's notice. Send us the date and we will tell you honestly whether it is open.
No. Be it a four-hour event or a fourteen-hour event, we do not charge you based on a time frame. We price the event, not the clock.
Regularly — Tirupur, Erode, Namakkal, Madurai and Bangalore, and destination weddings including Malaysia. Travel and stay are quoted separately and transparently.
Yes, and we take them seriously. Candid coverage runs alongside the formal frames rather than replacing them.
You get on-site edits before we leave the hall, and the full set far faster than the industry norm. Delivery speed has always been our game changer.

Tell us the date and the city. We will come back with availability, a coverage plan and honest pricing — usually the same day.
